Booking a Ride

Rides can be booked by phone, text, email, or through our website contact form. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Handi-Go Transportation LLC directly.

When booking, please provide accurate information about the pickup location, destination, number of passengers, and any special needs or considerations. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to serve you.

Cancellation Policy

Rides may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time cannot be accepted.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or text at 469-323-9060 or by email at info@handigodfw.com. Cancellations are not considered received until confirmed by a Handi-Go representative.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of service by the driver or over the phone. We accept:

Payment is due at the time of service. Rates are provided at the time of booking. Handi-Go Transportation LLC does not process payments through this website.

Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, passengers agree to:

Delays and Wait Times

We make every effort to arrive on time. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of service. We will notify you as soon as possible if a significant delay is anticipated.

Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If a passenger is unreachable and does not appear within that window, the ride may be marked as a no-show. Please contact us immediately if you are running late.

Limitation of Liability

Handi-Go Transportation LLC carries appropriate insurance for the transportation services we provide. Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our negligence in connection with the transportation service itself.

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item with us, contact us promptly at 469-323-9060 and we will make every effort to return it.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate booking requests. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it in any way that could harm Handi-Go Transportation LLC or other users.
